This image shows the Milky Way core of the Austral nights over the incredible landscape of Namibian Savannah.
This image has been photographed with the technique of mosaic. In particular the sky portion is a mosaic of multiple photographs taken at 50mm (5 shots has been taken per each frame to stack for noise reduction)with an astromodified camera (ILCE-A7S) and an astrotracker. As far as the foreground it was taken after the sky portion with a higher megapixel camera (ILCE-A7IV) and a wider focal length in order to match the resolution of the sky portion.
This photograph represents to me the real beauty of the milky way, our home galaxy.
Here it is possible to see all the crispy details of our galactic core, in terms of colors and contrasts, and it was just possible thanks to the powerful technique of shooting mosaic with longer focal length and to the astro modified camera.
