Shipping policy
The price of each Product is binding at the time of placing an Order by the Customer. The prices of goods placed on the Store's website include VAT (if due to the place of delivery of the Goods is charged) and do not include delivery costs. Delivery of goods is carried out in the following variants offered in the Store is through a courier company. Depending on the destination of the order, there may be additional charges for customs duties in international transport, over which we have no influence and may not be included in the final price at checkout. Using payment with PayPal or Card payment(stripe) price will be automatically converted to your currency with the best possible exchange rate.
All prints are manufactured in, and shipped from Poland. All parcels are insured and we provide free replacement in case of damaging the print in shipping.
Products are packed in a manner that protects them in transport (e.g. in tubes, cardboard boxes), but if the Customer noticed damage to the packaging upon receipt, is asked to document the damage(with images) and report it to the carrier(at the delivery) and us to email contact@cosmonity.com to secure claims and get replacement print.
Delivery costs will be included in the final price at checkout, depending on the ordered goods and the Customer's choice of delivery method, when placing an order.
As each print is a custom made product for the specific order. Manufacturing time of prints is up to 3 working days from receiving the order. This time frame does not include the shipping time which depends on the delivery destination(estimated time frame of delivery; Poland - 48h, Europe/North America - 5-7 working days, rest of the World up to 3 weeks.
